History of creation
PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY “INNOVATIVE INSURANCE CAPITAL” (PrJSC “INC”, the Company) is the legal successor of Private Joint Stock Company “Insurance Company “GRANT-CAPITAL”, which was registered on May 12, 2004. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18.12.2018, a decision was made to rename the Company to INNOVATIVE INSURANCE CAPITAL PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Mission.
The Company’s business model reflects the desire to introduce the latest insurance solutions to provide customers with the benefits of using modern digital technologies (Insurtech).
License.
On 25.04.2024, the NBU reissued the Company’s licenses for insurance activities in 16 classes (https://kis.bank.gov.ua/Home/SrchViewLic/20000033281)

The collection and processing of personal data that occurs during your work with the application is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Without this, you will not be able to conclude an insurance contract (obtain an insurance policy).
The INRISKMED app does not store your personal data, but transfers it to the insurance company with which you have concluded an insurance contract. The full name, address, phone number and e-mail of the insurance company are indicated in the insurance policy that you receive after paying the premium.
Your personal data is stored by the insurance company that issued your insurance policy – this is required by Ukrainian law.
