What to do in case of an insured event?
If an event occurs that can be qualified as an insured event, the driver of the insured car should act as follows:
- take all possible measures to assist victims and reduce the amount of damage
- Immediately notify and call representatives of the competent state authorities of Ukraine (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergencies, departmental emergency services, fire protection or others (depending on the nature of the event)), and in other countries – the relevant authorities of these countries
Call the hotline 0 800 505 123 and provide the following information:
- information about the vehicle
- insurance contract
- place and circumstances of the incident
- contact phone number
- find out, record and notify the insurer of the vehicle registration numbers, surnames, addresses, telephone numbers of other participants in the event, names of insurers and numbers under insurance policies (contracts) in respect of vehicles of other participants in the event.
In the future, we ask you to strictly follow the recommendations and instructions for further actions of the service center operator.
Failure to do so may result in a refusal to pay insurance indemnity.
What to do in case of an insured event?
In case of occurrence of an event that may be recognized as an insured event, the Insured shall immediately apply to the Insurer’s Assistance Company, Insuria Assistance, for organization of medical and other assistance to the Insured provided for by the Insurance Program under the Contract. Such application on behalf of the Insured person may be made by his/her family members, work colleagues or other persons (if for health reasons the Insured person has no objective possibility to do it independently)

After contacting the Assistance Company, the Insured shall be obliged to follow the instructions provided by the Assistance Company regarding further actions of the Insured.
In case the Insured is diagnosed with coronavirus disease COVID-19 by the medical institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, immediately notify the Insurer/Assistance Company.
The Assistance Company shall organize provision of medical and other assistance to the Insured provided for in the Insurance Program under the Contract. If the Insured person has independently paid for medical services (only in cases stipulated by the terms of the Agreement) related to treatment, including COVID-19 coronavirus disease, he/she shall provide the Insurer with the relevant documents required for the insurance payment, the list of which is specified in the Agreement.
