INRISKMED privacy policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is intended to publicly inform you, the users of the INRISKMED application, about the procedure for processing your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the PD) and information provided when using the INRISKMED application .
Collection and processing of personal data
The collection and processing of personal data that occurs during your work with the application is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Without this, you will not be able to conclude an insurance contract (obtain an insurance policy).
The INRISKMED app does not store your personal data, but transfers it to the insurance company with which you have concluded an insurance contract. The full name, address, phone number and e-mail of the insurance company are indicated in the insurance policy that you receive after paying the premium.
Your personal data is stored by the insurance company that issued your insurance policy – this is required by Ukrainian law.
User consent
By using the INRISKMED application, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of this Policy, including the purpose of personal data processing specified above, and agree to all the terms and conditions of the Policy.
When you purchase an insurance policy, you give your consent to the insurance company with which you have an insurance contract to process your personal data.
