How to buy

  • Apply online on the INSK website or through a partner widget – choose a device, coverage option and pay for the policy.
  • Purchase in the partner network when buying equipment – the manager will help you to issue a policy together with the purchase.

What to do in case of an insured event

  1. Notify INSK immediately. In the event of theft, contact the police and file a report no later than 2 days after you become aware of the incident.
  2. Save the damaged device for inspection, and if possible, record the time, place, and circumstances.
  3. Submit a written or electronic notice to INSK and request an inspection. Please use the claim form.

How to submit documents for payment

  • Option 1 – send an e-mail: application, photo of damage, photo of serial number, purchase receipt, copies of passport and RNOKPP to office@insk.com.ua.
  • Option 2 – through the seller or insurance intermediary: hand over a set of documents and the device for inspection.
  • Option 3 – through the client’s account on the INRISK portal: register and upload documents according to the instructions.
