Three Ukrainian insurance companies participated in the tender. The offer of Innovative Insurance Capital was the best among those submitted in terms of insurance conditions.
The agreement will be signed in May this year.
INNOVATIVE INSURANCE CAPITAL PJSC has been operating in the Ukrainian insurance market since 2004 and holds 27 licenses for 17 types of voluntary insurance and 10 types of compulsory insurance.
The authorized capital is UAH 100 million.
