On February 19, 2022, Innovative Insurance Capital Insurance Company, in partnership with the DIM Group, presented a new financial product to the market – DIM Insurance. It became part of the DIM Finance program, which the developer launched in December 2021.
According to the developers’ plan, the DIM Insurance product will include several insurance programs. The first program has already been launched and is called “Investment Insurance”. Each real estate buyer receives a voluntary insurance policy at the developer’s expense.
The list of insured events is quite extensive:
- Declaring the insured (the company that finances the construction) bankrupt during the term of the contract;
- Bankruptcy of the institution of the bank holding the insured’s account during the term of the agreement;
- Declaration of a state of war in Ukraine (according to Article 106, paragraph 19 of the Constitution of Ukraine);
- Terrorist acts committed within the construction area specified in the contract.

Over time, the DIM Insurance product from the DIM Group will expand. It will include new insurance programs, such as property insurance.
