On February 16, INSK took part in a workshop organized by the Ukrainian Retailers Association together with Robota.ua. The topic of the meeting was the discussion of HR transformations in Ukraine.
Along with Innovative Insurance Capital, the participants included such companies as: Allo, Respublika Park, Sportmaster, ANC Pharmacy, etc.
During the event, speakers raised the following issues:
- customer focus in retail;
- customer loyalty to the company;
- the impact of feedback on the formation of internal processes in the company;
- the impact of customer focus on staff motivation.
It was very interesting to communicate with representatives of different companies and share experiences, as well as to hold preliminary consultations on voluntary health insurance for groups.
